Channing break-danced his way through Hollywood following the release of Step-Up. The dance/romance movie helped pave the way for the actor’s success as well as the Step-Up franchise that has since gone on to include three more films. Channing played the role of Tyler, a skilled dancer who hooks up with a student – Nora. She was pretty, he was super-hot – there’s no wonder this film made it big. It is through this blockbuster where Channing met his wife, Jenna Dewan Tatum. Viewers were smitten by the actor’s impeccable dancing talent.
Public Enemies (2009)
It’s not everyday we get to see Channing with a head of hair nor as an iconic criminal. His portrayal of Pretty Boy Floyd was praiseworthy even though he only starred for a short while in the well-acclaimed blockbuster. Side Effects (2013)
Channing took on a more serious role in psychological thriller – Side Effects. Playing the character of a newly released felon and husband who deals with a difficult wife, the actor portrayed how effortlessly flexible he is in playing various roles. White House Down (2013)
Channing Tatum starred in this exhilarating, political blockbuster as John Cale. The actor managed to show-off his impressive physique once again and got down and dirty in the action-packed movie.
