  1. These lists are so off. How can Celine Dion not be #1 , also Whitney Houston. Beyonce should not even be on list.

    1. Are you slow? Beyoncé should be in the list because she has SOLD more than the women you just named. Stay mad at the truth

    1. Girl she’s nothing compared to these girls she never even had a number 1 none of her album are commercially successful so please check b4 you say something stupid

  2. Maybe learn the difference between a digital track and an album sale before writing an article about it. The RIAA literally has the unit equivalencies listed on their website.

  3. There will break many changes in the next 10 20, 25+ years but first I believe that Mariah Carey will top this list as well as a few others as she is clearly the most successful singer and songwriter as well as the most commercially successful. I mean, sh we wrote and sang 19 out of her 20 Billboard #1 Singles. Think about this and it reflects the truth…Mariah Carey is the Queen of all the other Queens’ of Music (including the Queen of Soul and the Queen of Pop!!! We also know the truth of why she was robbed of the most Grammy wins…excuse Mr. Mottola for his brain lapse and haters. Just revel in the truth and give props when they are due.
