The finale hasn’t even aired yet and we’ve already used up the tissue box from crying…

The Glee cast joined Ellen DeGeneres on her chat show on Thursday (12 March) to discuss the upcoming conclusion to everyone’s favourite musical hit-series.

Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, Jenna Ushkowitz, Chord Overstreet and Darren Criss all shared their sentimental experiences whilst filming the final episodes. As expected, a lot of tears were shed.

Lea revealed, “We cried so hard that they actually cut…We are loud criers, me and Jenna, it was like our vocal cords!” Darren, Chord and Chris also admitted to sobbing whilst bidding farewell to Glee.

The actors also talked about Cory Monteith and whether the finale will be paying homage to him.

“There’s a moment in the last episode that we had [to honor Monteith], and then obviously when we wrapped we all took a moment.”, Chord said.

Chris then added, “He was there, though, we could feel him. He was there,”

The original Glee cast also filled us in on what props they stole from the set. Lea took Finn’s football jersey, Chris joked and said that he took Jane Lynch and Darren nabbed Principal Figgin’s couch.

One last thing.

Jenna stole the funny photo of herself as Jan from Grease and finally, Chord took the infamous gold shorts he wore for “Rocky Horror”.

As an avid blogger and someone who eats, sleeps and breathes entertainment, I decided to take matters into my own hands and establish a showbiz-themed website. Ever since I can remember, I've been interested in the world of celebrities, have listened to the latest music, and watched the newest movies. My guilty pleasure is watching cheesy reality shows like Keeping Up with the Kardashians, but I’m also a sucker for all things Marvel and DC - two entirely different worlds, I know. Other than writing about showbiz, I’m also a part-time freelancer, crafting articles for websites like Career Addict and Pangea.
