Lady Gaga Unveils ‘ARTPOP’ Album Cover


This is truly a POP of ART…

Lady Gaga has unveiled the artwork to her forthcoming album ARTPOP. The photo was laid bare via Gaga’s Twitter account yesterday (October 7th).

The eye-catching work of art shows a sculpture of Gaga, created by Jeff Koons sitting naked behind a blue orb. The background appears to be a mosaic of different images.

Alongside the image, the extrovert singer tweeted,

“Please welcome Jeff Koons into our family +shower him with love for the the talents he has shared with us. A pure and genuine collaborator.

“I’m nervous&excited to share something that’s such a piece of my heart. Something I cherish deeply. A real depiction of my mind through his.”

The colorful image which has got the star’s Little Monsters bursting with excitement was placed on billboards around the world and shown on a live stream from Times Square in New York.
