It’s happy days for Breezy!
Chris Brown’s hit and run case has been dismissed. The Fine China hit maker was accused of hitting a car and leaving the scene before providing the correct information to the police.
The singer and the victim of the accident reportedly came to ‘civil compromise’ after she stated that the damage was minor and did not want any money.
While the victim let Brown off, the LA City Attorney was hesitant to. He allegedly objected and fought for Brown to be charged guilty after claiming that he was “aggressive toward the victim” and had called her a bi**h. However the judge did not agree and immediately dismissed the case.
Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos told TMZ, “The case never should have been filed in the first place. It’s unfortunate he was being prosecuted for who he is rather than what he’s done.”
Chris tweeted his good news last night saying, “Thank GOD!”.
